A rainy day, a perfect day for taking pictures!
I love rain in Islamabad. There is a certain kind of eeriness that hangs in the air, the trees are like silhouettes against the dark sky, the hills peak out from behind heavy clouds. So today when I woke up to the sound of rain, I grabbed my camera and a tripod, and drove out, though the pouring rain. I couldn't really get out of the car in the beginning but in Islamabad the rain stops pretty soon. And when the darkness goes away, the Sun just beams through everything turning it a gorgeous, bright blue and green, with all the colours of nature coming to life.
It is quite a sight!
